Light Blue Software is a company I've set up with talented photographer and techie, Tom Catchesides. Over the last few years, he and his girlfriend, the equally talented yet a bit less techie Helen Bartlett, have been using a system Tom developed to run his studio. Helen persuaded Tom to work on the software to bring it to market; Tom invited me to join the company to bring some graphic design knowledge to the user interfaces.

For the website, we wanted something slick, clean, easy to use, standards-compliant, fun... the list was quite long. We worked hard on the design, harder on the text, and have come up with a modern design, complete with tutorials, downloads, registration codes (linked to PayPal) and so on. The site is written in HTML (strict) and CSS.
